We want to showcase your work! Submit your artwork (on Base) to be displayed in the Base House at Art Basel. Please include the URL for the page so guests can mint your onchain art.

By submitting your artwork to Coinbase and Base, you agree to the following terms:
1. Grant of Rights: You hereby grant Coinbase and Base a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your artwork in digital form via online platforms (including social media and websites) and physically at the Base House in Miami.
2. Artist Acknowledgment: You affirm that you are the sole creator of the submitted artwork,hold all necessary rights to grant the permissions stated herein and will indemnify Coinbase from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising from any breach of this representation.
3. No Obligation for Use: Submission of your artwork does not guarantee its display or use by Coinbase and Base. The decision to showcase any artwork is at the sole discretion of Coinbase and Base.
4. Promotional Use: You permit Coinbase and Base to use your artwork for promotional purposes related to the platform and Base House events.
5. Artist Credit: Coinbase and Base will provide appropriate credit to you as the artist whenever your artwork is displayed or used.
6. No Compensation: You understand that the submission of your artwork is voluntary and you will not receive any financial compensation for the granted rights, beyond the potential exposure and promotion of your work.
7. Amendments to Terms: Coinbase and Base reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination of Agreement: This agreement can be terminated by either party with written notice. Upon termination, Coinbase and Base will cease the use of your artwork for future purposes, but this will not affect any use that occurred prior to termination.
By submitting your artwork, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
